It is an ayurvedic prepartion used in the treatment of all types of fever. Its main constituent is Giloy. It posessess mild anti pyritic and anti inflammatory action. It is also Ama paachak ie it digests the toxins and prevents its formation. It is also beneficial in gout, burning sensation, headache, body pains, loss of appetite, indigestion etc. It balances vata and pitta.
